Refund Policy
Digital Subscriptions
Joyp Cloud is a digital subscription service. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access afforded upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been active.
Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial for all new users. This trial allows you to test the service fully before any charges are applied. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being billed.
EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
By starting your 3-day free trial or purchase, you explicitly request that we begin the performance of the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law once the digital content has been accessed or the service performance has begun.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Joyp Cloud until the end of your current billing period.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of confirmed technical failure of our infrastructure that prevents service delivery for an extended period (greater than 48 hours).
