First launch: Gatekeeper bypass
Joyp is not yet notarized with Apple. Code signing is in progress.
To open Joyp after downloading:
- Move Joyp.app to your Applications folder.
- Right-click (or Control-click) Joyp.app and choose Open.
- When the dialog appears, click Open again.
You only need to do this once. After the first launch, Joyp opens normally.
Windows
First launch: SmartScreen bypass
Windows SmartScreen may show a warning because Joyp is a new app not yet in Microsoft's reputation database.
To run the installer anyway:
- Click More info in the SmartScreen dialog.
- Click Run anyway.
SmartScreen reputation builds over time as more people download the app. This prompt disappears automatically.
